think it is appropriate to make a proposal to all the revolutionary militancy that is subtracted with the deepening of the process. It's time to call those who are clear in the struggle for change in structure and the common good of the collective. Calling those who follow the strategic orientations of Hugo Chavez and have assumed the construction of popular power. Invite grassroots activists who are aware of what the command top-down, know what reform, patronage and the counterrevolution. Gather the bottom, who always have eaten the green during the Fourth Republic and are still eaten today. Prepare therefore for the XXI Century socialist is going to win votes for President, you need to study and investigate the historical significance of the Bolivarian process and the revolutionary ideology spread to communities that still lack basic skills. I call all these comrades, compatriots, brothers Venezuelans who have defined their destiny within the context of good will and love of neighbor. Everyone request a workshop aimed at homogenizing ideological revolutionary thinking, clarify ideas about the social being and establish new forms of action to support and strengthen the national government the construction of the XXI Century Socialism. The workshop is a response to what has requested the President to initiate discussion of the single party and prepare for the great ideological seminar in mid-2007. The ID would be part of everyone and taking the humility that should characterize the true revolutionary heart and soul. Positions that lead us to develop an event where no one feels he knows more, no more than the other commands. Where everyone is an industry spokesmen of the people who are setting the new model of society. Would be an act of profound fraternal sentiment underpinned by the willingness of the individual. In a single day, the workshop would have two parts. The first conference devoted to teaching focused on the cyclical aspects of the revolutionary process and the ideological base that supports it. Starting point to build teams that define the subjects of study whose results will be reflected in the working papers to present at the ideological conference next year. The content of the conference is summarized in five points, which can become the main lines of research: (i) theoretical framework for modeling analysis, (ii) history of the Bolivarian Revolution, (iii) and anti-imperialism pluripolarity (iv) reform and revolution, (v) ideology and interpretation XXI Century Socialism. The second part is devoted to the presentation summary of the different approaches that have so far is the sole party. In this regard, benches will be installed to define the strategy of the study and research that will, within a period of thirty (30) days, the history, validity, relevance and prospects of the Single Party in the world and its feasibility in Venezuela . After this period (November), will return to the discussion in the workshops to explain the results found by each group, which will be integrated into the proposal to be submitted to the President of the Republic. The workshop will be called "The below and your contribution to the theory and practice of the revolutionary process "whose performance - the two sides described - will allow us to make two significant documents: (i) fundamentals of the XXI century socialism applied to the reality of the Venezuelan people, and (ii) concept and forms of action to approach the creation of the Single Party of the Bolivarian Revolution.
