Fluttering With Implantation

Basic Gymnastics: Grades 6, 7 th and 8 th

to start is very important to do a good warm up.






  • will start from the standing position or the position of cunclillas.







  • backwards body Carry the entire group (with legs bent).






  • Put your hands on the floor with fingers spread above the shoulders.
  • The head should be tied to his chest.







  • Bring the hips up and back over the head.
  • Bring the knees to the nose.
  • Without removing your hands, your body starts to roll on the mat.







  • Push with your hands to the head almost touches the mat.



  • Finish taking the starting position (standing or cunclillas).
